The National Changhua District Court New Construction Public Art Creative Project is divided to two projects: project A “physical artwork” and project B “public art creative action project. Shalom Arts team bases on the project A and plans three themes for the public art creative action project: soft dialogue, draw dialogue, and small talk. We invite the public to participate in this event artistic activity. “Soft dialogue” series event is targeted mainly to the litigant. By having a conversation with them during the weaving workshop, people can repair the relationship among others. The main audience for the Draw dialogue events is the staff in the court. Through the art-making process, the staff can return to the essence of the judiciary, ushering into a whole new value. Small Talk event, which is inspired by the topic “justice”, creates a space where people can discuss and redefine the meaning of justice, expanding the possibility that people can have a conversation with the court. These public events not only breaks the stereotype of judicial system, but also foster interaction between the public and the court.
