Collaborative Content

Shalom Arts’s director Chen Hui-Ting was invited by Novator Art Design to curate this project. With the theme of the Dancing with Music, artist Wang Guo-Yi’s artwork City Concerto. The inspiration for the artwork comes from the historical background of the Miaoli area, in hopes that the artwork will resonate with locals of Miaoli.

These five artworks symbolize music, dance, and the audience respectively, in hopes of coordinating the art center with music and dance performance in the form of visual art to attract the audience. In regards to visual effects, these public artworks also reflect the modern style and simple lines of the performing arts center, creating dialogue with the center’s performances.
