Regarding the improvement of existing public art works on national highways, the principles for setting up public art locations on future national highways, the principles for setting up public art in indoor spaces, and the principles for setting up public art in open spaces at rest stops and other spaces on national highways; As well as the procedures for relocation of completed works, etc., suggestions were made on all issues, and the suggested base space location suitable for the installation of public art works was proposed, and a new public art installation plan was carried out.

According to the planning of the national highway public art installation plan, public art was installed at the north and south stations of the Tai'an service area of ​​National Highway No. 1.
