Curated by Shalom Arts team, we invited the technology company Tian Yen, artist Yu Chia Chang, and landscape designer Chieh Long Huang to create the art piece entitled The Sino-French war - Repaint Space and Time. Through interactive art and animation, this artwork reconstructs the historical scenes of the Sino-French War in 1884, giving the Tide Watching Artistic Plaza in Tamsui a whole new spiritual meaning.

We hope that while the people roam around the Tamsui Old Street, people will stop by this plaza, watching the narrative animation, experiencing projection mapping art, fostering people’s historical understanding of the Sino-French War.
