The Qihai Cultural Park is established on the basis of “Ching-kuo-Qihai Cultural Park OT and BOT Case" signed between Chinese Christian Faith Hope and Love Foundation and the Cultural Affairs Bureau of Taipei City Government. The Qihai Cultural Park is to preserve and promote Chinese culture. Therefore, the execution team, Shalom Arts Consulting, Inc., invited the prominent calligrapher, Tong Yang-Tze, to sway her brush, presenting the inheritance and modernity of the Qihai Cultural Park in her groundbreaking masterpiece.
